Ifremer is an institutional identity exploration for ocean research, balancing scientific clarity, modular layouts and field imagery. The system is designed to make technical information feel legible and engaging while preserving the rigor expected from a research organization working across marine science, data, education and public communication.
Kalypt Studio approached the project through structured typography, oceanic image rhythm and flexible composition rules. The visual language gives scientific content room to breathe while supporting reports, campaigns, events and digital interfaces.
Scope: institutional identity, editorial system, image direction, typographic rules and digital presentation.
